Face Refurbishment or Full Refurbishment Service

We can either collect your wheels from your home or work place for a call out fee or you can bring your wheels to us with or without the tyres, we can remove and refit the tyres and re-balance and fit new valves to the wheels again for a fee (most cases if we need to use weights when we re-balancing, we will use the sticky adhesive alloy ones as they are better and make the appearance of the wheel look allot better too)

Face Refurbishment is just litterally just the face of the wheel which has a makeover ie: (wheel is removed from the car, tyre bead is broken away from the rim, any scuffs, scratches are then either filled, preped and then primered, painted & lacquered for a glossy finish and the tyre is then blown back up to the desired air pressure) this service is ideal if you are making the car look great for selling it or if returning the car off a lease/hire agreement. If you intend to keep the vehicle for a long period then we suggest the Full Refurbishment below.

Full Refurb all wheels are chemically stripped with an non hazardous acid to help loosen all old paint, lacquer etc which are then ready to be gently blasted by hand to remove previous layers of lacquer and paint to obtain a smooth metal surface in preparation for coating.

The wheels are then prepared, dressed and filled to deal with any damage to the rim edges and the face etc..

Next the wheels are gently heat treated in an oven for 30 minutes to remove any air from the alloy and a first stage powder coat finish is applied and then cured for a set time period .

The wheels have a further lacquer coat to ensure the finish is nice and smooth and glossy which is subjected to a further thermal treatment .The lacquer coat is not only applied to enhance the finish but to protect the alloy wheel against environmental influences (UV radiation, salt, moisture, dirt, etc.) at all points.

Paintless dent repair (PDR) (eliminates the need for panel beating and re-spraying), and the high costs usually asociated with repairing these imperfections. 

By using this low cost method, you could potentially add 15% or more to your cars value.

The dent repair process involves the use of custom designed dent removal tools that are applied to the inside of the dented panel.

To begin the repair process, we gain access to the inside of the dented panel. Then a illuminated Perspex panel is then used to highlight your dent. The dent is then massaged out using hand/eye co-ordination with our special paintless dent repair metal rods using leverage.

In less than an hour, your dent become’s massaged out without any damage to the paint. We can repair dings and dents on any panel of any metal vehicle, as long as the paint has not been fractured or damaged prior to the repair, and there is access to the dent form behind.

Not all dents are achievable or accesable so they may need to be filled and painted, so please be aware of this. All dents are different so it maybe that it can take longer to do some dents than others.
